1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. This website is operated by the Bene Est Akrofi Foundation LBG, a non-profit organisation registered in Ghana under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and licensed under Licence No. NPOS/EK13/LN03809/26.
2. Pre-Launch Content
The Foundation is currently in its founding, pre-launch phase. Content on this website, including references to focus areas, programmes, and future initiatives, describes our intentions and constitutional mandate. It does not constitute an offer, guarantee, or commitment to deliver any specific programme, service, or benefit on any particular date.
3. No Donation Processing
This website does not currently process donations, payments, or financial transactions of any kind. Any future giving channel will be clearly identified as such, only after appropriate financial and audit controls are in place.
4. Use of the Contact and Interest Forms
The forms on this website are provided for you to express interest in partnership, volunteering, employment, or launch updates. Submitting a form does not create any binding relationship, obligation, or guarantee of response by a specific date.
5. Intellectual Property
The Bene Est Akrofi Foundation name, logo, and the text, graphics, and design of this website are the property of the Foundation and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
6. Accuracy of Information
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but as a foundation still in its founding phase, some details (particularly around governance and future programmes) will change as we formalise them. We will update this website as that happens.
7. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, the Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content of this website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
