Agriculture & Food Security
Supporting smallholder farmers, rural agricultural communities, and agribusiness entrepreneurs with training, tools, inputs, and market access, while promoting climate-smart farming practices that improve yields and protect the environment.
Ghana's smallholder farmers produce the overwhelming majority of the nation's food, yet remain among the most under-resourced. We intend to work directly alongside farming communities in the Eastern Region and beyond, starting with the areas we know best.
Our long-term intent is to combine practical support (training, tools, and access to inputs and markets) with climate-smart techniques that protect the soil and water systems these communities depend on for generations to come.
As with every focus area, formal programmes here will only be announced once we are fully resourced and ready to deliver on the commitments we make.
