This Privacy Policy applies to the website of the Bene Est Akrofi Foundation LBG ("the Foundation", "we", "us"), a non-profit organisation registered in Ghana under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and licensed by the Non-Profit Organisation Secretariat, Department of Social Welfare, Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (Licence No. NPOS/EK13/LN03809/26).

Our registered office is E2-0836-1479, Near Masremano, Behind the Presbyterian School, Apirede Akuapem, Okere District, Eastern Region, Ghana.

We collect only the information you choose to give us directly through this website: your name, email address, organisation (if provided), the nature of your interest, and any message you write when submitting our contact or expression-of-interest form, or when subscribing for launch updates.

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party trackers on this website, and we do not collect information automatically about your device or browsing behaviour.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, to consider expressions of partnership, volunteering, employment, or donation interest, and to notify you of our official launch if you have asked to be kept informed.

The Foundation is currently in its founding, pre-launch phase. Formal data-handling infrastructure, including secure storage and dedicated staff to process enquiries, is being put in place alongside our other governance and financial systems. Response times during this phase may be longer than they will be after our official launch.

We retain the information you submit for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or to keep you informed ahead of our launch, after which it will be deleted unless you ask us to retain it for an ongoing relationship (for example, an active partnership discussion).
