Women across Ghana continue to carry a disproportionate share of unpaid labour while facing outsized barriers to credit, land, and leadership.
Our intent is to support women's economic empowerment through skills training, microfinance access, and business development, while combating gender-based violence and promoting women's participation in leadership and community decision-making.
This is not a peripheral programme for us; it is enshrined as one of six core focus areas in our founding constitution.
